Grilled Caesar Salmon Fillets

Super delicious and very healthy. Salmon is an excellent source of vitamin B12, vitamin D and selenium. It is a good source of niacin, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, phosphorus and vitamin B6. It is also a good source of choline, pantothenic acid, biotin and potassium.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup fat-free Caesar salad dressing or Walden Farms calorie-free dressing
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Place fillets in plastic bag. Add salad dressing. Seal bag and turn to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Drain and discard marinade.
- Place salmon, skin-side down, on grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- In shallow bowl, combine soy sauce and garlic. Brush over salmon.
- Grill 10-15 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally.
Makes 6 servings. Per serving: 170 calories, 23 gm protein, 2 gm carbohydrates, 7 gm fat (1 gm saturated, 3 gm monounsaturated, 3 gm polyunsaturated), sodium 460 mg.
