Grilled Caesar Salmon Fillets

/ / Blog, Recipes / August 1, 2017

Super delicious and very healthy. Salmon is an excellent source of vitamin B12, vitamin D and selenium. It is a good source of niacin, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, phosphorus and vitamin B6. It is also a good source of choline, pantothenic acid, biotin and potassium.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup fat-free Caesar salad dressing or Walden Farms calorie-free dressing
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  1. Place fillets in plastic bag. Add salad dressing. Seal bag and turn to coat.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Drain and discard marinade.
  4. Place salmon, skin-side down, on grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. In shallow bowl, combine soy sauce and garlic. Brush over salmon.
  6. Grill 10-15 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally.
