FREE Adolescent Weight Loss Program – FIT4FUN

TriStar Centennial Center for Weight Management has partnered with TriStar Children’s Specialists  to develop a comprehensive adolescent obesity treatment program FIT4FUN. Please contact us at 855-FIT4FUN to learn more about the weight loss programs for teens and children.

The FIT4FUN program includes evaluation by a pediatric endocrinologist and other specialists as needed (subject to your insurance co-pays and deductible). Free group sessions meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 5:00 – 6:00 PM.

Our 12-module program focuses on healthy choices and fun activities in a group setting with a treatment team that includes:

  • Registered Dietitians
  • Nurses
  • Child Life Specialists

Bariatric surgery may be an option for some adolescents ages 14 and up. If necessary, surgery is performed by one of our bariatric surgeons in our fully accredited program with adolescent qualifications.
