Taste of Fall

 INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin (usually come in packs of two)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped fine

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Using a fork, poke holes throughout the pork tenderloin to allow the marinade to season the pork.
  2. Place pork tenderloin into a 1 gallon resealable plastic bag.
  3. Next add the remaining ingredients over the pork in the bag.
  4. Seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
  5. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  6. Remove pork tenderloin from marinade and place on grill, discard marinade.
  7. Grill for 35 to 45 minutes turning the pork every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  8. Pork is done when internal temperature reaches 160°F degrees.
  9. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
  10. Slice pork tenderloin into 6 equal servings.
