This class is led by the nurse and dietitian and will help to refocus your efforts utilizing the tools available to achieve and maintain weight loss. A FREE program for any Centennial bariatric surgery patient who is one or more years out from surgery and struggling with weight regain. Please email [email protected] to register for the class.
