This comprehensive program provides a supportive forum for patients, just like you, who are learning and living with new lifestyle habits. This FREE program is available to all Centennial patients.
We offer several support groups based in the outlying community. These groups are led by our patients who have undergone support group leader training, have a strong desire to “pay it forward” and who have “been there, done that.” Patient-led by Edie Allen.
