Ingredients

  • 3 oz skinless/boneless chicken breast
  • 1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Light cheese wedge-garlic & herb
  • 1 slice Applegate Farms uncured turkey bacon

Directions

  1. Cook turkey bacon- set aside.
  2. Fillet or butterfly cut raw chicken breast in half. Spread cheese wedge on inside of chicken breast-both sides.
  3. Add cooked turkey bacon on top of spread cheese.  Close sides of chicken breast back together.
  4. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Spread Laughing Cow light cheese on top for extra creaminess.

Optional: add garlic, spinach, or asparagus inside.
